Founded in 2021, Eighth House is an interdisciplinary arts residency program for visual artists and curators located in central Vermont.

We are a restorative, non-transactional residency and our mission is to support artists by providing a nourishing and inspiring environment to nurture the creative process. As an artist-directed experience, Eighth House encourages restorative practices, personal development, creative experimentation, and cultivation of new ideas within a unique rural setting.
